The Bank Teller will interact directly with branch customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate transactional services. These include Demand Drafts, Telegraphic Transfers, Standing Instructions, IPO processing, returned outward clearing, and other products or transactions offered by the bank in accordance with applicable procedures. The role also processes bills and cheques for inward and outward collection, including clearing cheques in UAE Dirhams and foreign currencies and handling returned cheques in accordance with the applicable A and O manual.
