Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and loan payments accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
• Reconcile cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational controls, AML, and KYC requirements.
