Job summary

Mira Clinic in Dubai invites applications for a Telesales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. You will be the first point of contact, consult with prospective clients, and guide them from inquiry to appointment.

You will build trust, meet monthly targets, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality service. English fluency and a bachelor’s degree are required; training and career growth are provided.

• Proven sales experience (telesales or call center is a strong advantage).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products.

Mira Clinic is a leading dental clinic in Dubai providing premium dental services to clients in the UAE. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Telesales Specialists to join us.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our dental services. Your mission is to consult, build trust, and guide clients from their initial inquiry through to booking an appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital communication channels
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about our treatments and services
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Manage and update client information in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain strong client satisfaction

Requirements
