Job summary

Tooth-Tastic Dental Clinic in Dubai is seeking a Patient Acquisition Specialist to own the full patient journey from first message to confirmed booking. This role focuses on sales and conversion, not front-desk responsibilities.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email, actively convert inquiries into bookings, and re-engage past patients. On-site in Dubai, you will track conversions and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or a patient-facing conversion role.
• Fluency in English with clear, confident communication.
• Confidence handling objections and guiding people to a booking decision.
• Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Comfort with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email.
• Currently based in the UAE with valid visa status.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Compensation

• Base salary 5 000 AED/month.
• Performance-based commission on every booking and converted lead once the monthly target is met (no cap).
• Top performers take home significantly more than base.

Must have

• Fluency in English with clear, confident communication.
• Confidence handling objections and guiding people to a booking decision.
• Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfort with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email.
• Currently based in the UAE with valid visa status.

Preferred

• Arabic speaker (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in a dental clinic, medical center, or healthcare setting.
• Experience with clinic management software or CRM tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding booking/sales targets.
