Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real estate sales preferred.
• UAE real-estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Native English speakers preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls.
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and follow ups.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups.
• Re-engage inactive or previously contacted.
• Work closely with Sales Manager.
• Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly calling, qualification and appointment targets.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company's brand appropriately.
• Ensure all communication follows company procedures.
