The role offers a fixed salary of AED 5,000 per month plus monthly commission up to 3.5%, with ongoing training and clear career growth within a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; proven sales experience, with telesales or call center experience considered an advantage.
• familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; fast learner and adaptable to new systems and services; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about treatments and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive client experience.
