The ideal candidate will speak confidently with prospects, understand their career goals, and clearly communicate the program value to convert leads into enrollments.

This full‑time role can be remote or onsite and requires strong call discipline, follow‑ups, CRM use, and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, admissions, or customer sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential students through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Explain the E-commerce Manager Program, curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Understand prospects’ needs, interests, and career goals.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed student enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the admission/training team for successful student onboarding.
• Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.
