Job summary

IMC Certifications in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Telesales Representative to join our head office team. The role involves contacting prospective clients via calls and WhatsApp, promoting our professional certification and training programs, and understanding client requirements to recommend suitable courses.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in telesales, strong communication and closing skills, and are target-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Education/EdTech is a plus.

Salary

Salary: AED 4,000-5,000 + Commission + Performance Rewards
