Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven telesales or sales/customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
• Ability to learn products and describe them to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling print products and services via outbound calls.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with accurate information, timely support, and exceptional service.
• Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of daily activities and performance against targets.
