Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years proven telesales or sales/customer service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting print products and services via outbound calls.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, timely support, and exceptional service.
• Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of daily activities and performance vs targets.
