Job summary

MASS Printing & Publishing L.L.C. in Dubai is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth across Dubai and the UAE.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and promote our full range of printing and branding solutions. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing industry sales preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Target-oriented with proven sales track record

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking and field visits
• Present and promote MASS Printing's products and services to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
