Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Banking experience will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales and marketing calls to potential customers.
• Introduce and explain the company s products and services.
• Generate new business leads through telemarketing.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and direct them to the relevant department when necessary.
