Job summary

Sharaf Marketing Management LLC in Dubai seeks a Banking Products Telemarketing Executive responsible for acquiring banking products through outbound calls using approved scripts. You will answer product questions, handle objections and complete sales while updating the CRM.

Candidates should have at least 6 months sales or customer service experience. A graduate is preferred. Banking knowledge on credit cards is a plus. Visa status must allow work in the UAE (dependent visa considered).

• Principal Accountabilities: Telecall to potential new to bank customers to sell products using approved scripts
• Answer questions about products
• Handling objections and completing the sales
• Updating customer information in the CRM
• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints
• MIS reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc Success ratio
• Offering the right products to the customers, ensuring calls target for the day are met

Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience.

Preferably Graduate.

Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.

Should be under dependent visa (Spouse or Father).
