Job summary

Radisson Fujairah is seeking a reliable Laundry Attendant to join our opening Housekeeping team. You will help ensure linen, towels and guest laundry are cleaned to high standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

We value a detail-oriented, team-driven candidate with basic English skills and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays. Pre-opening hotel experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laundry operations, equipment and garment care is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, press and fold hotel linen, towels, uniforms and guest laundry according to established procedures.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and correctly, following manufacturer and hotel guidelines.
• Ensure all linen and garments are handled carefully to maintain quality and extend their lifespan.
• Ensure the correct use and storage of laundry chemicals and supplies.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and chemical-handling procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure linen and uniform requirements are met efficiently.
• Support the department with other duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring that hotel linen, towels, uniforms and guest laundry are cleaned, cared for and presented to the highest standards.
