Radisson Hotel Fujairah is opening its doors with a Bell Attendant to welcome guests and assist with luggage. You will be a friendly, service-oriented first point of contact, helping guests from arrival through departure while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in bellman or guest service preferred.
• Warm, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to handle luggage.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and share information about hotel and facilities.
• Assist with luggage storage, transportation arrangements and other requests.
• Provide information about Fujairah and local attractions.
• Maintain entrance, lobby and luggage areas as per standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to respond to guest needs.
• Deliver friendly service in line with hotel standards.

Are you friendly, energetic and passionate about creating a great first impression? We are looking for a welcoming and service-oriented Bell Attendantsto join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm welcome, assisting guests throughout their stay and ensuring every arrival and departure is smooth and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful information about the hotel and its facilities.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements and other requests.
• Provide accurate information about Fujairah, including local attractions and places of interest.
• Maintain the hotel entrance, lobby and luggage areas in a clean and organised manner.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments to respond promptly to guest needs.
• Deliver friendly and attentive service in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest service role within a hotel is preferred.
• A warm, friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically comfortable handling guest luggage.
• Good knowledge of Fujairah and the surrounding area is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
