Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to join our opening team. You will be the first and last contact for guests, welcoming them warmly and assisting throughout their stay. You will escort guests to rooms, handle luggage and share information about local attractions.

The role requires a cordial, proactive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest service role is preferred.
• A warm, friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically comfortable handling guest luggage.
• Good knowledge of Fujairah and surrounding area is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Are you friendly energetic and passionate about creating a great first impression We are looking for a welcoming and service-oriented Bell Attendants to join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests you will play an important role in creating a warm welcome assisting guests throughout their stay and ensuring every arrival and departure is smooth and memorable

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful information about the hotel and its facilities
• Assist guests with luggage storage transportation arrangements and other requests
• Provide accurate information about Fujairah including local attractions and places of interest
• Maintain the hotel entrance lobby and luggage areas in a clean and organised manner
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments to respond promptly to guest needs
• Deliver friendly and attentive service in line with hotel standards
