Job summary

U2opia is seeking a high-potential Business Development Representative to build relationships with mobile operators across Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and select emerging markets.

You will identify target operators, reach senior decision-makers, and create compelling reasons to engage. This role focuses on opening strategic conversations and shaping opportunities for the Hosted Entitlement Server portfolio, including Number Verify 2.0 and related use cases.

• Excellent spoken English, strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to research unfamiliar companies and industries quickly.
• Persistence and resilience in outreach to senior telecom executives.
• Strong initiative and self-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Research target operators and identify the right stakeholders within each account.
• Develop multiple routes into an account through email, LinkedIn, events, mutual contacts, partnerships and industry relationships.
• Create personalized outbound messages relevant to each prospect’s role and priorities.
• Initiate conversations with senior telecom executives and create qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop account strategy, messaging and follow-up.
• Acquire technical understanding of entitlement servers, network authentication and Number Verify to hold credible initial talks.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and keep CRM activity current.
• Learn from customer conversations and share market feedback with product teams.
• Represent U2opia professionally in a multinational telecom environment.
