MBR Partners is seeking a Global Head of Business Development BSS to drive growth in the Telecom OSS/BSS space. You will shape and execute the strategy, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing BD team across global markets.

You will manage high-value accounts, engage C-level stakeholders, and guide complex negotiations while collaborating with product and marketing to deliver tailored solutions. Travel as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Business development, Sales and Account Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS space.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Experience managing high-value accounts and C-level engagements.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the BD strategy across Telecom BSS and related verticals.
• Identify and pursue new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee key client accounts, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and coach the BD team to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions.
