Responsibilities include achieving monthly targets by proactively calling potential clients, converting leads, and maintaining CRM and Office-based reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or sales, B2B preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM and MS Office for data management.
• Capable of handling 250-300 calls per day and organizing at least 10 meetings per week.
