Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a seasoned technology governance and strategy leader to drive the development, implementation, and governance of technology strategies for ADP and AYP. You will ensure lifecycle oversight, compliance with ADNOC standards, and value creation through robust governance and performance monitoring.

The role requires 15+ years in oil, gas, or technology sectors, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities to align with ADNOC Group policies and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science or engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience in oil and gas or technology industries.
• Professional certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern technology governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Define and update technology vision, 5-year roadmaps, and align with group strategy.
• Oversee technology projects with readiness assessments, risk planning, and documentation.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and coordinate updates across the lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and ROI; prepare progress reports for governance committees.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery of solutions.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within technology processes.
