ADNOC's Al Dhafra Petroleum (ADP) and Al Yasat Petroleum (AYP) seek a Technology Strategy Lead to drive governance, strategy, and lifecycle oversight of technology programs across the group in Abu Dhabi. You will align with ADNOC Group policies, manage risk, and ensure compliance while delivering value.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, develop 5-year roadmaps, monitor KPIs, prepare governance reports, and support change management to optimise operations and innovation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science / engineering.
• 15+ years in oil & gas or technology industries.
• Experience with governance, policy, and compliance frameworks.

• Lead development and governance of technology strategies and policies.
• Define 5-year technology roadmap aligned with ADNOC Group vision.
• Oversee technology projects, risk planning, and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI for technology initiatives.
