Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Executive Advisor for Strategy and Governance to partner with senior leadership on corporate governance, long-term planning and organizational performance. The role requires a master's degree and at least 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance or executive advisory, with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

On-site, full-time position with responsibilities spanning strategic initiatives, KPI monitoring, and alignment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong executive presentation skills.
• Experience within the energy, Oil and Gas, or a large corporate environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational and corporate governance matters.
• Provide analysis and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
• Prepare strategic recommendations based on business assessments, market insights and relevant data.
• Develop executive reports, briefing papers and presentations for leadership review.
• Work directly with executive leadership teams on strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
• Support delivery of ADNOC Gas long-term business objectives through structured analysis and strategic recommendations.
