ADNOC Group invites a senior technology leader to drive governance, strategy, and lifecycle oversight for Al Dhafra Petroleum and Al Yasat Petroleum. You will ensure alignment with corporate policies, manage risks, and deliver value through robust tech programs.

The role requires deep oil and gas tech experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions while advancing sustainability and compliance across the ADNOC group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science or engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience in oil & gas or technology sectors.
• Experience leading technology strategy, governance, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and govern technology strategies aligned with ADNOC Group policies.
• Define a 5-year technology roadmap and oversee major initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with standards, risk controls, and governance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for tech initiatives.
