Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Specialist in Corporate Governance to develop and implement governance practices aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will support policy development, framework design, and effective information flow within ADNOC's governance guidelines.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors, contributing to training materials for governance topics and ensuring compliance with the DOA framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; degree preferences include Law, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in governance, compliance, or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in corporate, functional, and divisional policies and advise updates to documents, policies and procedures.
• Lead technical advice on governance policy development, including analysis of issues and trends and research activities.
• Draft and regularly review ADNOC Group governance frameworks, policies, operating frameworks and related documentation.
