ADNOC Group is seeking a senior Investment Governance lead to drive workstreams across mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and capital markets. You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Risk and IT to ensure governance processes are followed and value is delivered.

You will oversee external consultants, prepare business cases and financial models, and report to senior leadership on strategy, performance and compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or related fields.
• Strong strategic, financial management and risk awareness.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) preferred.

• Lead execution of workstreams including modelling, due diligence, and structuring.
• Oversee procurement and management of external consultants.
• Prepare marketing materials and business cases.
