Dicetek LLC is seeking a Technology Learning and Capability Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering technology learning programmes, workforce capability-development initiatives, governance awareness activities and compliance-related training. The successful candidate will assess learning needs, identify workforce skills gaps, develop role-based learning pathways and coordinate training interventions aligned with Technology workforce requirements. Working closely with Technology, Human Resources, Risk, Compliance, Audit and external learning providers, the specialist will support effective programme delivery, maintain training records and monitor learning outcomes. The position requires strong learning and development experience, stakeholder engagement capabilities, programme coordination skills and proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, JIRA and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Technology learning and workforce capability-development initiatives.
• Develop training activities aligned with organisational Technology workforce requirements.
• Coordinate governance awareness and compliance-awareness programmes.

Learning Needs Analysis and Skills Assessment

• Conduct learning-needs analysis to identify employee development requirements.

Role-Based Learning Pathways

Governance and Compliance Awareness

• Support governance and policy-awareness initiatives within Technology functions.
