Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi UAE seeks a Senior Learning & Development Lead to drive the L&D strategy, employee capability development and leadership programmes aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on designing and delivering training, building competency frameworks, and supporting succession, coaching and mentoring across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business psychology, education or related field.
• 68 years of L&D experience including 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong experience in instructional design, training facilitation, competency development and leadership development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, communication and analytical skills.
• CIPD SHRM ATD CPTD or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy, annual training calendar and training budget.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee skill and competency gaps.
• Design and coordinate technical, behavioural, leadership and compliance training using instructional design principles.
• Build competency frameworks, learning pathways and leadership development programmes.
• Support succession planning, talent development, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage onboarding, external training providers and Learning Management System (LMS) administration where applicable.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, maintain learning records and report L&D KPIs.
