Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead capability development and governance-awareness initiatives across the Technology workforce.

You will conduct needs analyses, design role-based learning pathways, and deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, and campaigns while collaborating with HR, Risk, Compliance, and external providers. Strong analytics and reporting skills with Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Learning Operations, Governance Awareness, or Compliance Awareness programmes.
• Experience conducting learning-needs analysis, skills-gap assessments, and capability reviews.
• Ability to design role-based learning pathways and capability-development recommendations.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder briefings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience developing dashboards and management reporting using Power BI.
• Experience using JIRA for action tracking, milestone management, and reporting.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and evidence repositories.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organisation, documentation, and evidence-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of technology learning, capability-development, governance awareness, and compliance-awareness initiatives.
• Conduct learning-needs analysis, skills-gap assessments, and capability reviews to identify development priorities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning pathways, training plans, and capability-development programmes aligned to Technology workforce requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, awareness sessions, workshops, assessments, certifications, and learning campaigns.
• Support governance and policy-awareness activities by helping employees understand and adopt approved policies, procedures, and ways of working.
• Maintain programme plans, action trackers, training records, evidence repositories, and supporting documentation.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation actions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, learning reports, and management information using Power BI and Excel.
• Coordinate with Technology teams, HR, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and external learning providers to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Measure learning effectiveness, participation, completion, certification achievement, and capability improvement outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of learning, capability, and awareness processes.
