Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience with workforce capability development, governance awareness or compliance awareness.
• Strong ability to assess learning needs and identify capability gaps.
• Proven ability to coordinate learning programmes and report outcomes using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver technology learning programmes and capability initiatives.
• Develop role-based learning pathways aligned with technology workforce requirements.
• Coordinate governance and compliance awareness activities.
• Support learning interventions and maintain training records and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology, HR, Risk, Compliance and external providers.
