Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on air conditioning equipment, focusing on Split AC and Package AC units.
• Assist senior technicians on complex HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF systems, and large refrigeration units.
• Perform minor mechanical maintenance on chilled water pumps and support basic water treatment tasks under guidance.
• Diagnose and repair simple AC system faults such as motor contactors, fan motors, and thermostats.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs, including replacement of switches, sockets, and light fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing minor leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining sanitary systems.
• Complete general handyman tasks and minor civil works including painting touch‑ups, furniture assembly, and door hardware repairs.
• Ensure back‑of‑house areas, plant rooms, and common spaces are safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs detailing tasks completed, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere strictly to company safety standards and operational protocols.
• Communicate issues, risks, and repair needs promptly to the Senior Technician or Facilities Manager.
