Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems across assigned facilities.
• Handle HVAC maintenance for DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units and chilled water systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including DBs, MCCs, lighting and control systems.
• Supervise plumbing maintenance activities and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Diagnose complex technical faults and carry out required repairs, rectifications and service restoration.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and coordinate fast response to reduce downtime and service disruption.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to SLA, KPI, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records, PPM checklists, inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, technicians and subcontractors for smooth work execution.
• Monitor site activities, guide team members and ensure tasks are completed safely and correctly.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards during all maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement in maintenance practices, response time and service reliability.

Ideal Profile

• ITI in Mechanical, Electrical or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 5-8 years of experience in MEP maintenance within facility management, AMC, residential, commercial or high-rise building environments.
• UAE or GCC experience in building maintenance is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, especially DX units and chilled water systems.
• Good understanding of electrical distribution, controls, lighting, plumbing and general MEP services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot faults, supervise technical teams and manage daily site maintenance activities.
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergency breakdowns.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
• Physically fit for site work, including shifts, emergency calls, heights or confined spaces when required.
