- Assist on complex HVAC systems.
- Perform minor mechanical maintenance on chilled water pumps.
- Diagnose and repair simple AC system faults.
- Carry out minor electrical repairs.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs.
- Complete general handyman tasks.
