Job summary

Grandseal is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to promote waterproofing systems, construction adhesives, and related building materials. You will provide technical support and solutions to customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

You will identify project opportunities, demonstrate products, prepare quotations, and maintain an active sales pipeline. Travel for customer meetings and site visits is expected, with strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Chemical Engineering, Building Materials, or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, preferably within waterproofing, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, or building materials.
• Strong technical understanding of construction products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.
• Identify and track upcoming and ongoing construction projects with potential for Grandseal products and systems.
• Promote Grandseal’s waterproofing products, systems, construction adhesives, and bonding solutions for roofs, basements, wet areas, concrete structures, and various building and industrial applications.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and systems.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product trials when required.
• Monitor market developments, competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements; provide market feedback to management.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, application methods, and system compatibility.
