Job summary

GrandSeal Industries is seeking a technically skilled professional to prepare submittals, review drawings and BOQs, and support customers and sales teams. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and follow-ups are completed.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office and basic documentation/reporting.
• Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or a related industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of waterproofing systems, construction practices, and technical specifications.
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer and project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical submittals method statements reports and other project documents
• Review drawings specifications BOQs and project requirements to support customer and sales activities
• Coordinate with customers consultants contractors and project stakeholders regarding project requirements and follow-ups
• Handle customer inquiries requirements and requests ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
• Provide product recommendations and suitable waterproofing solutions based on customer requirements
• Follow up on project progress approvals material requirements and other customer-related matters
• Provide application guidance and technical assistance to customers when required
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups project coordination and technical information
• Maintain good relationships with customers consultants and contractors and ensure a high level of customer service
