Job summary

Grandseal is hiring a Junior Production Engineer for our waterproofing manufacturing unit in the UAE. You will run daily production on the plant floor and ensure every batch meets formulation, quality and safety standards. Fresh or early-career engineers are encouraged to apply to gain hands-on experience.

You will monitor critical parameters, work with QC on in-process tests, supervise filling/packing, and maintain batch records in line with ISO standards. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Polymer/Civil/Mechanical engineering.
• 0–5 years in waterproofing, construction chemicals, paints, coatings or adhesives manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, batch mixing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Run daily production of waterproofing products on the plant floor and ensure batches meet formulation, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and record critical parameters (viscosity, solids, temperature, pH, density) and support QC tests.
• Coordinate with maintenance, supervise filling/packing, track material use and ensure proper labeling and shelf-life marking.
• Maintain batch records and ISO 9001/14001/45001 documentation; assist with new product trials and scale‑up.
