As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and operational health of critical IT infrastructure. You will monitor enterprise systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage security solutions, coordinate patch deployment activities, and ensure business continuity through backup and recovery operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver high availability and optimal performance across servers, storage, virtualization, and endpoint security platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor ManageEngine solutions for Active Directory monitoring and server health management.
