Job summary

3i Infotech is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure, virtualization platforms, cybersecurity solutions, backup systems, and endpoint management technologies. The role requires hands-on experience in server administration, security operations, patch management, and system performance optimization across a complex IT environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration environments.
Hands-on experience with ManageEngine products.
Experience with Active Directory monitoring and server management.
Expertise in Trend Micro Deep Security, EDR, and endpoint protection technologies.
Strong VMware vCenter administration skills.
Experience managing Veeam Backup and recovery solutions.
Knowledge of Nutanix infrastructure platforms.
Experience implementing and supporting MFA solutions.
Working knowledge of Citrix technologies.
Hands-on experience with Ivanti Patch Manager.
Strong understanding of enterprise server, storage, and virtualization environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage critical incidents.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor ManageEngine solutions for AD monitoring and server health management.
Manage and support Trend Micro Deep Security, EDR, and Antivirus platforms.
Administer VMware vCenter environments and virtualization infrastructure.
Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup solutions.
Support Nutanix infrastructure and hyperconverged platforms.
Administer MFA solutions and identity security controls.
Support Citrix environments and VDI.
Perform patch management activities using Ivanti Patch Manager.
Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and security.
Ensure compliance with security standards and patching policies.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, security, and application issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Maintain system documentation and procedures.
