Job summary

Olik Global is seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support our IT environment in Dubai. You will oversee network operations, server administration, access control, cybersecurity support and backup management to ensure reliable services.

You will monitor LAN/WAN, configure devices, manage AD/DNS/DHCP, support virtualization, and administer Microsoft 365 services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure or system administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments; manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and file services.
• Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID; perform access reviews and RBAC tasks.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support and assist onboarding/offboarding.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining network operations, system administration, access control, cybersecurity support, and backup management while ensuring reliable IT services

Network Administration & Support

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance

System Administration

• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services
• Perform patching, monitoring, software deployment, and server maintenance
• Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments

Access Control & Identity Management

• Provision, modify, and revoke user access rights
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
• Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain RBAC controls

Cybersecurity Support

• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions
• Support incident response and vulnerability remediation
• Enforce MFA, password policies, and security best practices

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Manage backup schedules and backup solutions
• Perform backup verification and restoration testing
• Maintain disaster recovery documentation and recovery procedures

End User Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs
• Provide support for CEO office / Directors
