Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
• Perform patching, monitoring, software deployment, and server maintenance.
• Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access rights.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain RBAC controls.
• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Support incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Enforce MFA, password policies, and security best practices.
• Manage backup schedules and backup solutions.
• Perform backup verification and restoration testing.
• Maintain disaster recovery documentation and recovery procedures.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support the organizations IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining network operations, system administration, access control, cybersecurity support, and backup management while ensuring reliable IT services.

Network Administration & Support

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
