Based in Dubai, UAE, the role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing profitable deals across the GCC region.

The candidate should excel in market research, client engagement, tender handling, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and invoicing teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant qualification.
• 3–5 years experience with a Degree OR 8 years experience with a Diploma.
• Experience in similar organizations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through market research and develop access plans.
• Generate business opportunities via meetings, calls, emails, cold calls, networking and social media.
• Engage with PMC, Consultants, EPCs, Subcontractors at all project stages to secure opportunities.
• Build solid client relationships based on trust and integrity.
