Job summary

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and apply technical expertise to match solutions to customer needs.

The role requires a civil engineering/architecture background, 5+ years in technical sales, GCC travel of 20–25%, and the ability to collaborate across departments with dealers and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales.
• Construction industry experience, preferably drywall.
• Proficiency with sales and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel across the GCC, including Kuwait and Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide technical recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across offices and projects.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and dealers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competition.
