Job summary

Novafix Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Executive cum Accountant to drive sales of technical services via online channels and in-person engagements. The role combines sales leadership with accounting responsibilities and requires strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills.

You will manage online relationships, prepare proposals, and support clients while collaborating with the marketing team to grow online revenue. In-person work is required in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of online sales techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in using online platforms, CRM software, MS office, google sheets, droppbox and other sales tools
• Knowledge of the technical products or services being sold is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through virtual communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the online market
• Provide technical support to clients and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our services
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
