Job summary

Right Way Accounting & Bookkeeping L.L.C is seeking an accomplished sales professional in Dubai to drive new business opportunities for accounting, VAT, tax, and related services. You will generate and manage leads, meet clients to understand needs, and present tailored service proposals while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding, deliver regular sales reports, and support junior staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in UAE.
• Experience selling accounting, VAT, tax, audit or business setup services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable company services.
• Promote accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, audit, and related business services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Support junior sales team members and share effective sales strategies and market knowledge.
