Sopra Banking Software in Dubai is seeking an IT Operations professional to schedule, monitor and optimize batch jobs across customer systems. You will manage workloads, implement changes, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with regional teams to meet SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and monitor automated batch jobs.
• Set up new schedules and changes for customer activity and projects.
• Monitor workload using Service Management tools.
• Resolve, progress, or escalate calls in line with SLAs.
• Configure and define customer batch jobs using Batch Scheduling Systems.
• Assist in the transition from testing to production support mode.
• Adhere to company change processes for customer system modifications.
• Collaborate with other Sopra teams based on workload requirements.
