Job summary
Consat Telematics in Dubai seeks a Technical Specialist Implementation & Customer Support to lead client onboarding, configure systems, and provide ongoing training and support.
You will connect hardware and software components per wiring diagrams and IP plans, tailor solutions to customer needs, and bridge technical teams with end-users to ensure smooth operation. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus. This on-site role offers travel for customer meetings in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical role within automotive or public transport sector.
- Strong software and hardware knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; degree in IT/CS/Engineering is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer implementation projects.
- Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly.
- Provide training and technical support throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and support teams.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements; travel for meetings as needed.
