Job summary

MONTRANS Group of Companies in Dubai invites experienced professionals to join as Service Manager / Service Specialist (Technical Support Manager). You will lead technical support for analytics projects, analyze telemetry data, certify objects, and coordinate equipment updates with the technical department.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English/Russian/Arabic language skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

Higher (technical) education is required.
Experience in transport monitoring and technical support is required.
Good computer skills and knowledge of specialized software (Wialon, Omnicomm Online, Montrans.Online).
Experience in selecting optimal solutions for customers and participating in projects.
Knowledge of vehicle features and monitoring terminal settings.

Responsibilities

Technical support for Montrans Analytics projects (implementation and support).
Analyze incoming telemetering data and verify data completeness.
Certify monitored objects and monitor data relevance.
Coordinate equipment settings updates with the Technical Department; perform repairs as needed.
Communicate with customers about deviations and collect feedback for improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reviews based on outcomes.
Document results in the service software.
