Job summary

Consat Telematics in Dubai seeks a Technical Specialist Implementation & Customer Support to lead client onboarding, configure systems, and provide ongoing training and support.

You will connect hardware and software components per wiring diagrams and IP plans, tailor solutions to customer needs, and bridge technical teams with end-users to ensure smooth operation. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus. This on-site role offers travel for customer meetings in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within automotive or public transport sector.
• Strong software and hardware knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; degree in IT/CS/Engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Technical Specialist Implementation & Customer Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire setup process for new customers including needs analysis system configuration training and ongoing support.

About the Role:

You will ensure a smooth implementation of our hardware and software solutions tailored to each customers needs. The role includes connecting system components based on wiring diagrams and IP plans collecting signals configuring software and providing training and support. You will act as a key link between technical teams and end-users ensuring the system works as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute customer implementation projects
• Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
• Provide training and technical support throughout the process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Document configurations and processes
• Collaborate closely with project managers developers and support teams
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
  Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates. Regular travel may be required for customer meetings.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar technical role within the automotive or public transport sector.
• Strong technical understanding of software and hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Great communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Relevant degree in IT Computer Science or Engineering is an advantage
