Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 6–8 years in gas services, power generation, or technical sales engineering.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Experience with outage planning and modernization projects in the Middle East.
- PMP or CMRP certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the technical engineering team within the Sales Distributed division.
- Design and implement training and onboarding programs for engineers.
- Serve as SPOC for technical queries; coordinate with PCC Application Engineers.
- Align technical offerings with customer requirements in collaboration with sales teams.
- Review technical scope of proposals and support modernization initiatives.
