Siemens Energy LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Head of New Installation & Maintenance Services for Steam Turbine to lead all installation and maintenance activities across the Middle East. You will drive regional execution, safety and quality standards, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in field service with 3–5 years of leadership, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related discipline.
10–15 years of field service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or project execution in energy/turbomachinery.
3–5 years of leadership overseeing regional or multinational service teams.
Experience in installation, maintenance services, budgets, and service KPIs with commercial awareness.

Mansioni

Lead the Middle East steam turbine installation and maintenance services organization and regional strategies.
Ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective execution of new equipment installations across the region.
Manage outages, inspections, repairs, and long-term service agreements for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Drive workforce planning, recruitment, and resource optimization for regional teams.
Coordinate with global teams to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
Monitor performance, safety, quality, and customer relationships; leverage digitalization for service delivery.
