Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to drive end-to-end enterprise implementations.

You will lead technical delivery, design secure HR workflows, and integrate HRIS systems, while guiding governance and architecture across HRSD projects. Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Agile experience are essential. You will mentor teams and ensure quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration of HR Case Management, lifecycle events, and employee experience workflows.
• Strong technical proficiency across the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise governance and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, lifecycle events, and employee journeys.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design secure, efficient HR service workflows.
• Configure and develop HRSD components using best practices across scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform automation.
• Provide technical leadership across HRSD workstreams, ensuring alignment with governance standards and architectural guidelines.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise platforms.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews to validate requirements and guide implementation decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging new HRSD capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and workflow designs.
• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap updates, particularly advancements within the HRSD product line.
